ANSM: Betty Boop Got Eliminated!

In the 30's she must have been a big success, but the new millenium said otherwise.

These are the results for the latest voting and Betty Boop just got sent home!


Ten girls remain: Aeon Flux, Barbarella, Giselle, Huntress, Mystique, Red Sonja, She-Hulk, She-Ra, Squirrel Girl and Zatanna.

Who will be eliminated next? The new year will arrive with more thrills and more chills for our super-heroines. Stay tunned, America's Next SuperModel will be back soon!

Betty Boop Kicked Off America's Next SuperModel?

The poll is speaking for itself and so far, Betty Boop is the candidate most likely to be kicked off the show tomorrow. She's heading the Elimination Poll and if voters don't help her by voting for another contestant, she'll be out way sooner than she expected.

There's been a video going around that shows her performing some very naughty activities that caused her banning from certain scenes. Watch and judge it yourself.

Confessions from the Boop

Betty Boop sent an open letter to Comics All Too Real concerning her spot in the America's Next SuperModel contest. We decided to run it by you:


Dear voters:

I've noticed I've got a few elimination votes cast against me and this makes me so so so sad. If I get eliminated from this contest this early in the competition, my only chance in life would be to get back to the bars and you know what would happen to me. Yes, it will be that bad. I have so many hopes in life, I plan on joining American Idol next year, depending on my performance in this show I could even make a career at Project Runway!, but at this point, none of this will happen. It's up to you. If you eliminate me I'll drown in tears and I will hunt you down and will tie you up and torture you and will do to you all kind of unspeakable things. I know who you are! I have your IPs! But why go this far? Cast your elimination vote against some other girl; there's plenty to chose from in this pool.

ANSM EP02-Part3 - Sexy Water!

Genosha is drowning under a giant tidal waves and the 11 contestants of America's Next SuperModel have been sent there to save some famous families that were living in the island. So far, Aeon Flux, Red Sonja, She-Hulk and Zatanna already played their turn. In this segment, we'll see four more super-heroines deal with this life or death situation.


HUNTRESS


As soon as she saw the tidal wave coming, the Huntress put her acrobatic skills to use. Dodging the waves and swimming underwater, she managed to avoid the pressure and the strength of the sea. When she finally regained some control over her senses, she noticed certain man floating with his head down. Moving fast, the Huntress fired one of her arrows carrying a rope that tied him like a whale. When she finally got to him, she saw his face and untied him, letting him sink like a rock.

"He was a caveman, for God's sake!" she insisted, "I'm sure there's a wife out there who's embracing her vidowhood right now."


BETTY BOOP

As soon as the first tidal wave hit the island, Betty Boop got thrown into the water. She cried for help and thought this would be it for her: not just her last episode in the program, but the end of a very successful career so far.

"Help me, help me, I can't dive, I can't swim, I don't know how to do anything." She started to sing and luckily for her, a frail raft took her out of the water. She started coughing the salty water out of her lungs when she saw a dog drowning not very far from them. "Oh, mamma, what can we do?" And one of the strange creatures that had saved her, threw a rope to the water and brought Scooby-Doo onto the raft.

She held onto the dog seeking comfort as the sea level went down. "I saved him!", she claimed, "I passed the challenge."




SQUIRREL GIRL


When she saw water all over the places, Squirrel Girl just panicked. "I liked to bath occasionally, but that was ridiculous", she admitted later. She was starting to drown when she noticed Angelina Jolie floating half conscious. "I had no clue implants would be such life savers!" Not asking permission, she grabbed Angelina and made her kiss a wall. Using the actress' super suction powers, they managed get stuck against the wall, finding a safe spot for both of them.

"We were lucky", Squirrel Girl admitted later, "she could have figured it all out by herself, but if I hadn't discovered her Bratz lip powers, we'd be both dead."


BARBARELLA

For Barbarella it was a quicky. First she sank into the water, then a winged man took her out of the sea and brought her to his nest and this is what happened:



It looks like Barbarella didn't save no one and definitely didn't accomplish her task. We wonder how good she'll do in the next poll.

Coming up next, the last three contestants do their best to get the fans support!

ANSM EP02 - Genosha Is Sinking!

For our second episode, America's Next SuperModel is going overseas to-- Genosha! Once a paradise for mutantkind, it was abandoned quite a while ago after it was destroyed by Sentinels. Now, the ANSM team bought the island to perform the next challenge for the 11 superheroines that are still competing for the top title of this show!

The Flintstones, The Simpsons, The Jetsons, Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie and all of their adoptive turf, along with several other celebrity families, were brought to live in the island since a couple of months.

Finally a boat arrived carrying the contestants: Aeon Flux, Barbarella, Betty Boop, Giselle, Huntress, Mystique, Red Sonja, She-Hulk, She-Ra, Squirrel Girl and Zatanna.

Once they arrived to the heart of Genosha, the announcement was made:

"The island of Genosha is going to be attacked by a tidal storm like you've never seen before," said G'nort through a green holo-projection, "it's your duty to save the families living here and you'll be judged by your performance!"

And so, the newest challenge began!

America's Next SuperModel EP 01- Part 3: Tricky Girls

Previously, on America's Next SuperModel (EP01-P1), (EP01-P2), four superheroines tried to save four cheerleaders that were thrown out of 20th floor windows. While Emma Bishop and Barbarella saved their girls, She-Hulk and She-Ra failed miserably.

Today, a new group of four super-heroines will do their best to succeed on this task.


BETTY BOOP


The sexy icon of the 30's arrived in a black limo just in time to see the blonde cheerleader fall. Betty stared at the girl for a nanosecond and reacted as quickly as she could, doing all kind of poses in front of the camera, displaying the girl falling right behind her.

Betty managed to perform 15 incredible shots before the cheerleader splattered against the floor.

"I'm so sorry for her, but if I weren't going to save her, the least I could do was being pretty while failing." Said the contestant while the photographer nodded in agreement.


HUNTRESS

If there's something to say about the Huntress is that she's efficient. As soon as she arrived, she shot her rope against the building and against any law of physics or logic, she balanced herself right into the trajectory of the falling cheerleader. The Huntress grabbed the girl by her waist and took a couple of mortal summersaults landing on the floor as if they were both weightless.

The cheerleader's hair was a mess, but Helena managed to keep her looks perfect in front of the camera. Toughening her voice, in a tone that reminded Batman in The Dark Knight Returns, she said. "I'm the Huntress." It was real sexy if I might add.




GISELLE

This first season we have two survivors of the CrossGen Universe. Giselle is the second one, and she's a Sigil Bearer with the ability of magics and hotness. As Giselle noticed the cheerleader falling to her death, the sigil in her palm glowed as she extended her hand and giant flowers rose from the floor, grabbed the girl and put her gently on the floor.

With moves that reminded Witchblade, Giselle combed the girl's hair with her hands. "I'm really sorry they put you through this. Thankfully I was around. What do you think about going wild tonight at disco in town? I know places," and she smiled.




MYSTIQUE

When Mystique realized what the challenge was all about, she told everyone to stay back as she ran to the site where the cheerleader would impact. The blonde girl fell behind some trees and statues, but after a few seconds, we all saw the cheerleader walking to us with a sense of gratitude.

"Mystique saved me. She's wonderful," said the cheerleader, "please support her in this contest. She's just the best." And she walked into the building. A few seconds later, Mystique came out of that very same building. "I did great, didn't I?" There was something suspicious about her, but we let her go, after all, she saved the girl, didn’t she?

Betty Boop: What's your superpower?

As the "America's Next SuperModel" competition starts rolling, we got to see Tyra having a personal talk with one of the most unusual contestants:

Tyra: When you decided to enter ANSM, did you know this was a superhero contest?
Betty: Yes, I knew.
Tyra: And what's your superpower?
Betty: I'm supercute.

(Cricket sounds broke the audio.)

Tyra: Do you think that will be enough to make you last in the competition?
Betty: Can I answer your question with another one?
Tyra: Go ahead.
Betty: Which one of other contestants have lasted almost a century under the spotlight?

(And Tyra just smiled.)

Tyra: I wish you luck, Betty, because the competition will be real tough. A little advice, though, you should wear a hat or something, your plus size head might scare away the innocents you'd want to save.
