Ever since the Infinite Crisis started, the Blue Beetle has been dead but hasn't rested in peace. He's been doing the unthinkable to make his great return, he has called in favors, he has contacted important people, he has thrown a few tantrums.
It looks like he finally made it.
Sorta.
